Great quality. Easily can fry and cook. Factory preseasoned so far used twice and seems good. Cleaning is easy just have to clean it before its turns cold. Thickness of kadai is good, might be bit large for regular gas stove tops present in regular indian home. Heats up in 5 ~ 8 mins fully. Handel is also cast iron suggest to take baking gloves or buy the silicon sleeve.
I have 2 of these kadai , one large size and one xxxl size . I use both of them regularly for cooking. Once you season it with oil and heat it , it gets nice and nonsticky. The more you'll use , the more better it will get.
I have been using it more than a month now, its super easy to clean. i was worried whether would be able to maintain it but its worth it for healthy lifestyle. i will be soon replacing all the non stick with iron one. the only thing to keep in mind is too careful while using it as it will be very hot while cooking.
Arrived in two days.It is a pre-seasoned kadai, so I started using it immediately. There is a rich taste and flavor of iron, so it’s totally adding iron to my food.. After every use, I washed and oiled the kadai. It’s been 3 months, no complaints. My biceps are also getting better with time.
This kadai feels lighter than my other cast iron kadais. Bought it today , made pesto sauce pasta on slow flame it was really really yummy and i must say healthy cooking comes at this cost definitely go for it .. without a doubt. How to take care - Post cooking clean with Luke warm water ,hear on slow flame may use tissue to absorb water and then season it with any kind of oil ( use silicon brush).
